if it is a pick up service from the airport,so up on arrival to the airport.the driver will be waitting for you while carrying a sign with your name and escort you to the car and drive you to your hotel.
if it os a drop off service,the driver will pick you up from the hotel and drive you to the airport.and drop you off at your terminal.
